Learning Ukrainian Language or Russian language depends on your programme. There are professional courses that are not available in English medium and you have to take a one year language programme to enable you qualify to study that desirable course of yours. It will be appropriate to say that the language are not difficult at all. For a focus student, a one year programme will enable you to speak fluently. However, it will be advisable to say that you check from your admission officer to know which courses are available in Russian language and which course are available in English medium.
