Scholarship are allowed in Ukrainian school but it must be such that has been awarded to you from your country as the schools in Ukraine does not take responsibilities for any one who fails to pay his tuition fees.
Any one who fails to pay his tuition fees is liable to be deported otherwise a residential permit holder of the state.About Me
